the Tour de France jefacture.com

How to help chartered accountants make the switch to electronic invoicing? By meeting them everywhere in France, as close as possible to their offices!

From June to December 2022, the jefacture.com teams will meet you for afternoons dedicated to electronic invoicing. 28 dates are planned in mainland France and overseas, don’t wait to register!

Only a few months left to choose your electronic invoicing platform

The generalization of electronic invoicing is approaching! Although the reform is spread over a period of 2 years, from 2024 to 2026, it is the first chance that will be the most important. From July 1, 2024, all companies, regardless of their size, tax regime, or activity, will have to be able to receive invoices in electronic format. Your customers will therefore very soon have to choose their electronic invoicing platform.

Chartered accountants, first advisers to the manager of VSEs/SMEs, have every right to take the initiative in this area, and at the same time keep control of their clients’ invoicing flows. But which platform to recommend? And how to ?

Tower of

Pedagogy and practical cases to understand the issues

To answer these questions, jefacture.com organizes half-days to raise awareness and register for its platform, developed both by and for chartered accountants, but also for their VSE/SME clients.

In each of the cities of the Electronic Invoice Tour, chartered accountants are invited to take part in these exceptional events. From 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., after a presentation of the challenges of the reform and the jefacture.com platform, practical cases will be detailed and discussed with the public. These use cases will allow accountants to discover operational answers to their main questions regarding the use of jefacture.com, such as:

  • How to create a sales invoice?
  • How to import your customer file and invite your customers to jefacture.com?
  • How to configure the automatic receipt of purchase invoices by email or via merchant connectors?
  • How do I find archived invoices?

A practical workshop to register your firm and your clients

All the chartered accountants present will also have the possibility of registering their firm on site as well as their clients on jefacture.com. It is therefore a unique opportunity to give a boost to the digital transformation of your practice, concretely, and in a few minutes!

To register your customers on the platform, we recommend that you come to this event with the list of your customers, with:

  • their surnames and first names and the corporate name in the case of a company;
  • the postal address of the company (address, postal code, city);
  • their SIREN/SIRET numbers or intra-community VAT number;
  • their closing month;
  • their email addresses.

In Overseas France and Corsica, the program will be extended to an entire day, with a morning presentation of new ECMA products (conformexpert.com and jedataviz.com), and the jefacture.com session in the afternoon.
